Our Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) can be used by any UK contracting authority as a procurement route to deliver single or multi-site projects, programmes or term contracts for both housing and non-housing. 

Clients can shortlist by a variety of categories which include location, project value, credentials and specialism, the latter via search terms of a client's own choosing, to ensure a controlled shortlist of specialists suited to a particular project.

Our award & assign format also enables any DPS registrant to be assigned contracts, directly or via min-competition (client's choice) via any of our frameworks, where the DPS specialist contracts with the client and delivers the specialist element of the project. 

By way of example, with our PSR pitched & solar roofing framework, clients can award the pitched roofing contractor to manage & deliver the roofing programme, whilst the solar PV elements is assigned to an RE tech specialist who is better suited to handle the design, connection & ongoing services.

This delivers two major benefits: Firstly, the client can contract both programmes within the same procurement. And secondly, the risks associated with different contractors voiding each other's ' warranties are mitigated as the contractors co-operate and co-ordinate the delivery of their respective works.
