What we collect

Why we collect it

We collect and store personal data to provide our services, to respond to enquiries relating to these, to facilitate the administration of our business, to send you marketing information where we deem it to be of legitimate interest to your organisation, and to meet our legal, statutory, and contractual obligations. 

We only share your personal data with third parties where there is a legitimate business need to do so, which for the avoidance of doubt includes the need to secure confidential references, and to share data between stakeholders in the delivery of building works or services for contracting authorities.

We do not otherwise disclose your personal data unless legally required to do so. 

How long we keep it

We will only retain your personal data for as long as we have a legitimate business interest in your organisation. However we are required under UK law to store basic personal data for a minimum of 6 years plus the current year.

Your rights

You are not obliged to provide your personal data to us, Without it, however, we may not be able to provide our services to or for you, or respond to your enquiries.

You have the right to access any personal data that we hold about you and to request details about what we hold, why we hold it, where we got it, who we share it with, and how we store it etc

You also have the right to request that we amend any incomplete or inaccurate data, restrict the way we use or share your personal data, or delete it depending on our ability to do so without breaching UK law. 

How and where to complain

If you wish to raise a complaint regarding the way we treat your personal data you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). For reference, as stated above, B2G Ltd is registered with ICO (reg# ZA874495).
