About B2G and Gold Hill Care
B2G Ltd provides services as a central procurement authority as the agent of Gold Hill Housing Association t/a Gold Hill Care (Registered address The Hub, Church Lane, Chalfont St Peter, Bucks, SL9 9RF; National registration number # IP17437R).
The relationship between B2G and Gold Hill Care was conceived and instigated by B2G, with the aim of leveraging the experience of the B2G team to create a new income stream for Gold Hill Care in the form of a guaranteed share of all levy income generated through B2G frameworks and DPS, to help fund Gold Hill Care’s services.
All activities relating to the creation, tendering, management and support of B2G’s frameworks and DPS are undertaken by and the responsibility of the B2G team, so that Gold Hill Care's team can remain focused on delivering their homecare services.
Indeed, the agreement between them deliberately excludes any requirement or obligation for Gold Hill Care to provide B2G with any income, support, introductions or framework usage. Gold Hill Care has provided none to date, and has no plans to do so.
It should further be noted that the agreement between Gold Hill Care and B2G is non-exclusive, and others are free to approach Gold Hill Care at any time to propose their own agency to deliver services and terms which may be the same or different from B2G, and Gold Hill Care is free to enter into any agreement with any party at any time.
