Our frameworks & DPS
WHY B2G?
Because our levy is just 1% per invoice, with no access fee, annual fee or project registration fee. We keep it low, and always will, because we believe your budget should be spent on the property, not the procurement.
Because we set a high quality threshold to ensure suppliers without proven competence or capability exclude themselves. Our suppliers are reliable and trustworthy, with the certification and case histories to prove it.
Because our specification is both robust and flexible: robust to assure build quality and compliance with all regulations and standards; but with flexibility to suit a wide range of requirements.
Because we deliver commercial value for buyers and suppliers. Buyers need cost control and competitive pricing. Suppliers need sustainable profit. Our approach delivers both, adhering to the UK.gov Should Cost Model and delivering value for money.
Because we deliver social value as standard. Our suppliers commit to supporting all measures set out in the Considerate Constructors Scheme's Social Value Checklist which relate to employment, supply chain, supplier, equipment and community engagement.
Because buyers can direct award any contract to any supplier confident they will deliver to a quality that meets or exceeds all regulations and standards, at a competitive price, and in full support of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 - embodying the principles of MEAT.
HOW it works
Registration: It's a simple Excel document you can download & email (pls contact us if your firewall blocks you from doing so);
Tender: Buyers then use their own preferred systems, documents & processes. We don't impose unnecessary steps;
Contract: Any standard form of contract commonly used in sector (eg. JCT, NEC, PPC etc) can be used;
Delivery: The supplier then delivers the agreed works, supplies and/or services to the agreed terms & KPIs;
Support: B2G monitors every project contract to completion - nb. we monitor, we don’t manage - to help ensure it gets delivered on time & budget;
Settlement: The supplier invoices the buyer in the usual way, and B2G invoices the supplier to collect our levy.
