Alpha Building Group are registered on the B2G DPS and can now be awarded projects by any contracting authority anywhere in the UK.

With particular regards to flat roofing, B2G's 'dynamic open framework' format enables any UK contracting authority to direct award any project to any system supplier appointed to the B2G FRS Flat Roofing Systems framework, and the contract can then be assigned to their approved contractor registered on the B2G DPS to install. This assures clients of the full involvement of a leading national system supplier in design & warranty, whilst contracting directly with a trusted contractor, like Alpha Building Group, to manage & deliver all on site operations.

As an approved installer of Alumasc and IKO full systems, and being registered on the B2G DPS, Alpha Building Group can be directly assigned by any contracting authority anywhere in the UK to deliver projects which include* the installation of their full systems. 

*B2G frameworks are scoped to support UK.gov guidelines to complete multiple jobs on the same visit or project, to minimise occupier disruption, and so alongside flat roofing the scope of any call-off project can also include 'all associated works suppliers and services'.

B2G 'Dynamic Open Frameworks' 

Our 'dynamic open' format enables all or part of a project or programme to be assigned under the auspices of the B2G framework to a specialist registered on the B2G DPS (either directly or via mini-competition). The DPS registrant then contracts with the client for that element of the project/programme, and delivers it whilst fully adhering to the same standards set out in the framework terms. This has multiple benefits:

• clients can streamline interconnected programmes into a single procurement;

• risk is correctly assigned and controlled within the supply chain;

• clients can always access the best available and most suitable contractor at all times, for every phase of a project; and

• clients can optimise and expand the supply chain and avoid the limitations of a 'closed shop'
